Thalay Laa Trek | Thalay Broq | Thallay Valley

This beautiful and simple Thalay Laa Trek is presented in the attractive Thalay valley in Baltistan, the location of the highest mountains in the world. Shigar and Khaplu valleys are joined by the magnificent Thalay Pass, which rises 4572 metres above sea level. No of my age, you can easily attempt this trek. This non-glaciated trek will begin in the village of Khaplu, and after passing through the lush Thalley Valley grasslands, we will climb in four days to the town of Shigar, which provides as the gateway to K-2.

The climate here is very pleasant and provides cooling even in extreme heat, that's why a large number of tourists from the plains visit this region every year.

The area of Ghanche district Thaley_Broq is a beautiful masterpiece of nature, after reaching here, one feels as if he has stepped into heaven, Thaley Broq is still hidden from the eyes of tourists, and very few tourists visit here. If you want to see the fascinating scenes and masterpieces of nature, then you must go to Thaley Broq once, frozen winds, green and lush landscapes, hills full of flowers, snow-capped mountains and glaciers, clear and transparent cold water springs, flowing streams, etc. It seems as if nature has created the painting of this area with great leisure. After reaching here, all the tiredness is removed, and the person, looking at the beautiful scenery of nature, can't help but say "Subhan Allah".

One of Baltistan's most being used and easiest treks is the Thalay Laa Trek. From Thalley Broq to Thalley Gongma camp, begin the trek. It's astonishing how beautiful and lovely the valley and surrounding area seem. Camping and hiking are both enjoyable activities in Thalley Valley. Additionally, this valley offers a route from Shink Thang to the K-2 base camp through Kurboq Sa and Biama to Aliang Hushey valley. It's an interesting sensation to travel through this trip and keep running into the cheerful Balti people.

Man gets to see many natural scenes in his daily life, whether the sky is slightly reddish after the sunrise at dawn or the high mountains covered in snow and clouds, all such scenes are seen without help. The heart wants to praise this Creator, and one wonders how powerful that Lord must be who only said "Kun" and these beautiful scenes became.

Natural things are very important for human survival:

It is a matter of thinking that what would have happened if the entity having power in the world had not made all these things and sent the man to earth like this. What would a human being who is benefiting from all these things using his intellect do in the absence of all these things? If there were no trees and forests, how would he build a house? Where did you get the fruit? If there were no mountains, where would the snow freeze and then how would the water shortage in summer be met? How do springs come out? If there were no seas and rivers, where would electricity be available to man? That is, having all these natural things is very important for human survival. Human life depends on these things.

We should protect, appreciate and thank the Lord of the Universe who has blessed us with all these things created by nature. We should not harm these things for the sake of our own interests because, in the end, it will be our own loss which will be impossible to compensate for. An example of this is that the number of forests is decreasing rapidly which is ultimately a cause of loss for us. In the absence of forests, and trees, human survival is difficult and perhaps impossible.
